Why I chose Heritage: Aoife Clarke

Aoife moved into her beautiful Vicotrian home five years ago, and alongside her husband Steven and their four children, they have been decorating the home since. One room in the home that was left idle was the dining room, it "had potential" but had become a "dumping ground, a place where the kids would play Lego in the evenings".

Aoife envisaged a much more glamourous role for the dining room in her home, and so, set about planning a project to transform it into a room fitting of her Victorian home. This is why she decided to paint it using the Dulux Heritage range “what I loved immediately about the collection is that the colours are bold but never garish. There’s something elegant in the restraint of the Dulux Heritage palette that felt right.”
